How Long Should You Rest?
You've got to make sure that you are progressing when it needs to progress and when it stops you rest. I tell them trust your legs and trust your RPE and sometimes you have to trust your heart rate like if your heart rate won't rise at threshold and you're kind of feeling sluggish or your heart rate just like goes right to max in like five ten minutes these are clues that you are over reached. How big a bounce back do you get when you rest and how long do you need to rest? These are good questions different for everybody obviously anyway so are we getting the point across with bad FTP training modalities I guess or just poor cycling technique I don't think anybody
