Coaching Is a Lot Less Structured Than Coaching
There is no unanimous internationally recognized certification or training program that quote unquote coaches have to go through. There are lots of different types of certifications you can get, but there's no one unifying requirement in order to claim being a coach. So literally anyone could claim their coach. But I do think as consumers you need to know what you're getting into and seek the right kind of support and help that you want.
