Meditation Is the Secret to Glowing Skin

When you meditate, it creates this alpal wave state in the brain that's incredibly comming. Just by focusing on your breathing, like just by being mindful of your breathing, you can actually tap into that relaxation response. If i go for a run or something, and then i'm stretching, if i just turn off all the noise, i don't have my phone, i don’t have the screen on, and i'm just sitting there stretching and taking very deep breaths,. That helps me sleep better at night. I want to set my circadian clock first thing in the morning. And the same holds true for when i eat at night.
