The ECB's Expectations for September
Core inflation is probably going to go back up a bit over the next couple of months. It will plateau at a high level over the summer, which makes it difficult for them to stop. There's a possibility that they feel they're compelled to hike again in September,. But we're relatively comfortable that they'll stop at some point relatively soon.
