When he joined GitHub, the company had a couple of really good things going for it. But from a strategic standpoint, sales didn't actually know what they were selling. Jason: You can find this calcification and ability to ship in lots of organizations where hands down any of the individual engineers, we would consider fantastic engineers. The one caveat I put on it is can you undo that later? How much does it like take you down a road that you can't come back down?
