The Importance of Empathy in Organizations

The ability to put a name intomotion strengthens the circuitary for emotional recognition. The more states you can recognize a name, than the more emotions you can recognize in other people. And iam also hearing that maybe part of that is also within or organizations, of perhaps bringing that language and thither. I think if that's appropriate to the organization, it's a good idea.
