Do You Know That Law?
A jury found a man guilty of filming an arrest because he didn't need to have witnessed the crime. The law says if there is a felony suspect, you need only probable cause. But do they know that law, or does it not matter? I don't think they knew much about the law at all, other than the pol said,. we're looking for the sky an the said, we're going to stop hem.
