A cooler is an individual that's good at what they do. A closer gives you exceptional results, as long as you giv them a game plan. The cleaner delivers the same end result over and over again. All this can be learned, all 13 of em. You want to keep losing a losing less. And i'd rather have a person win who has a little bit in character than one with no character.
