When you ask a question at the end of your blog post video or Facebook post Instagram post you do two things when people answer you you give them a little piece of a connection with you which is really important for building up the relationship. On social media you also increase the visibility of your post so if I've answered you and said red then the next time you post something Facebook is going to show it to me whereas it might not have done that before. A good post will reach about 3000 people because I've got a lot of engagement on my Facebook page even though I get lots of comments on my posts I think 10 000 or 10 and a half thousand followers on my Facebook pages.
