How Are They Going to Make Payroll?

At least 50 startups have opened accounts in India with something called Gujarat Giv city where you can open a dollar account. The insurance money was supposed to hit by Monday so I haven't had a chance to talk to a lot of the founders yet but if that money has hit then they would be able to make payroll at least. They're of course concerned about the rest of the money button and trying to get your money out is going to make the problem worse.
