The Importance of Incentives in STEM Education

If we assume that there are issues where there's there's over education in particular fields what kind of policies do you think are reasonable to address that problem? I think the easiest instruments are kind of different subsidies to different areas and it's something that has been used by various governments so let's talk about STEM disciplines. You could give us light encouragement in terms of higher chances of scholarships to those who attend STEM disciplines. Also disconnecting residential location so if you have kids going to universities young people going to university rather than staying with parents this is favoring perhaps a better thought about what are the important subjects to study now instead of something that you just take as a continuation of your secondary school.
