When We Complain Against God, We Commit Idolatry
When we complain against God, we are really committing idolatry and actuality. There's no greater opportunity for that kind of fleshly self worship to manifest itself in our lives than in times of suffering. It is in those moments of despair, desperation and despondency that we forget that our suffering is both providential and profitable. We need to remember that. Nothing happens to us in a vacuum.
