Russian Rape Is an Official Deliberate Tactic

The UN Special Representative on Sexual Violence and Conflict says rape is now an official deliberate tactic being used by Russia in Ukraine. She says the number of reported cases is only a tip at the iceberg because sexual violence is usually unreported. The problem is, of course, rape victims are not eager to go on TV and say, oh, yeah, this happened to me.
