The History of Tajikah Neelakantha

Tajigah means Persian, although in Sanskrit it's from a Persian word that means Arab. So there was this Arabic tribe that was called something like Thayi and that became Tajik. But then when the Indians took it over, they used to mean Persians and Arabs indiscriminately. To the Indians, they were all Persians. So Tajikah came to mean Persian. There is the resource of word Parasy, which means Persian. The word Persian does exist in India, but Tajikah is just another word for the same thing.
