The Importance of Investing in Your Own Business

A lot of business leaders say there's perhaps no greater ROI than investing in your own business or investing in yourself. "If I don't believe enough in what I'm doing to put my money down on the table, how could I in God's name ask somebody else to do it?" he says. But if they have a couple extra nickels and they want to feel what it feels like to see other people succeed, invest in other people. Be smart about it, but do it.
