James joyce was a huge influence on the wrigtor, robert anton wilson. Was born in 18 82 in dublin and moved around seven to ten times before studying medicine in paris. In his early adulthood he had been writing these sketches of dublin as 'the centre of paralysis' He found it strange that no artist has givenDublin its modernity or experimentalism.
