I think because if you look at the, I'm going to look at the five stages. Okay, it's denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance. Like that to me is also interesting because the denial part, I don't know how much of avoiding feeling the sadness or the grief is me being in denial or even for you, right? Like jumping to acceptance. Yeah. The denial part is like there's nothing to deny. For anger, I was like, anger is not going to solve anything. To bargain, there's literally nothing to bargain with. And then with this, it's just like, it just went straight to depression, Acceptance.
