Predicting Future Collapse of Hip Mouth Osteonacrosis
If the starting lesion size is bigger then it's probably going to collapse because you have more diseased bone. The most superior portion of the femoral head rather than the inferior portion or anterior portion which are not as weight bearing then it's going to collapse if it's more on that weight bearing surface. Lesion size and lesion location are the two things that would predict future collapse for osteonacrosis.
