"I just, all of my stay with the witnessing presence," he says. "That helps my lock up in my body and i revert." He talks about how his parents' house had a badly designed indoor balcony. His mam used to say she didn't want cats because they would make her feel lonely. She now loves them but for a long time wouldn't let him have one. 'It's more like it's still at stand-still,' he writes.
