The Importance of Insight in Marketing

I still think that too many companies are not thinking about the customer or what the customer's thinking. It's a soapbox I stand on often on this show. Jargon is... God bless you. And I don't particularly like the word customer's interest. Because that's really the same as marketing. But the idea is absolutely cool, which is unless you understand and you don't have to necessarily listen to what consumers say,. but at least have to understand it.
