Think of meditating as day dreaming, yet's think of it as just relaxing without running through some list or running through some kind of sticky thought. And there's a plenty of people who go through the motions of enlightenment. They might meditate every day, they might to yoga, they might be begin or whatever, and still, they're not being in that enlightened space,. You know, the experience of them. So it has nothing to with really the activities, ye, it's how you are experiencing and moving through those rituals.
