Facebook makes it very easy to deactivate your account where it comes back right away. But unfriending everyone, that's the point of no return. I realize that my reader lives a lot of other life. And if they're overwhelmed, social media is probably adding to that overwhelm. This is the best venue for helping people live a happier, more fulfilled, less stressful life.
