Lies paralyzed. They keep us stuck from showing anybody else. The lies just this paralyzes in a place that makes things cloudy. This is a part of the 12 step movement and we did some episodes on that. And then there is this boldness and courage to say like, I know more,. No more lie, no more lies, no more hiding. Right. So what the wound gets significantly redeemed at the well? But now she has to keep it clean every day. She was so used to the shame. She had to learn how to get up and own it and say, no that's not who that man at the well told me I was. Like any sort of maturity
