A lot of people try to be perfect, and when they are not perfect, they worry about it. Another thing that i see people struggling with is knowing, not knowing how to improve. If you're not doing something that's interesting or motivating, it's not going to improve you. The basic mind set to take is to learn the most from your everyday experiences rather than text books.
