The Foundations Are Sources of Dark Power
In a more benign or less frightening way, but very real way, the foundations are sources of dark power. We don't know what criteria they use, we don't know when they have even decided that there's an emergency and this is a problem for democratic sense making. All of this money that gets put around to influence like civil society can be a source of dark power as well.
