The physiological response and the way that my body was ling when i was doing these approaches was pretty intense. This is on a mackerel level. So it was intense, but it did not last all day. In fact, it starts to dip pretty hard as you do more approaches. As time went on, it just, in the day, it ut felt kind of normal. I didn't even feel a lot of that fight or flight response any more.
Talking to girls you don't know is the best way to meet girls and get more dates. But cold approaching is still one of the hardest things for guys to do. So to get a fresh take on it and get new insights into what works and what doesn't, I went out and approached women for 8 hrs.
