The Supreme Court's Arguments on Religious Freedom
There's a benefit to the court having recognized more categories of non-literal speech that is protected by the First Amendment. But that means that raises many more instances in which somebody says, hey, this is speech, and it gets protected. That's what this particular conservative majority cares a lot about. We're seeing this in the website case. You know, during COVID, we saw a lot of decisions in favor of religious freedom over public health.
