Is That the Correct Definition of Workplace Intermediaries?
Work place intermediaries are groups that engage management in this negotiation around skills and workbased learning. They take some of the lessons from what labor unions have done over the decades to create training systems within industry. And they find ways to make sure that employers don't then undermine them. The pandemic is a great illustration of this, as an academic i wanted to document how manufacturing firms were responding to supply chain bottle necks.
