C tos know how to put the right people together, and they curate the right environment. One of my favorite people out there is cito p b us. It's like a gardener can't force the plant to grow, but it can create an environment where the plant can grow. And so is like, all that's actually really and so those two things, i sort of put is like one bullet point. You can practise without being the leader. You can be an individual contributor on the team and practice identifying the environment and figuring owt you know, where it's currently at.
