- Model and encourage daily Bible reading.

- Foster and environment of trust by helping them deal with their life issues.
- Youth workers must go the extra mile to express genuine concerts for the individual young persons – not just the “group.”
- Get them involved with more adults (multi-generational discipleship).
- Crate some rites of passage.
- Let them provide real leadership.
