The Balloonist on the Planet

A man named Cox Wells built a new balloon that could hold 10% more gas. He took it on a test flight to Victoria Park in Leicester, where 50,000 people showed up for the event. They sold 13 tickets to passengers to catch a riot in Britannia; there were only eight cops at the scene. The two guys made it down safely, but Cox Wells balloon had to be retired because it was too worn out.
