Are We Getting There?

We generally use a handful of different planning frameworks. We bench mark ourselves, how are our programmes performing? How much are we investing in each one of those programmes? Where do we want to be to morrow? That last question is, are we getting there? And that's really where we want to keep ourselves accountable. There's definitely a methodical cycle we go through. Each member of the team is brought in throughout that cycle so that we're all working towards the same goals.
