Love Is Our Natural State
Take what's going on in the world in politics at the moment. We see these warring factions that hate each other and will destroy each other as a result of it. They don't realize that they love these people, the people that they're in conflict. Their true nature is still there. And that love is shared with everybody. But we may not agree with them, but we may not even like them particularly. That's the natural condition of our relationship with everybody - whether we like them or not.
