Antiship Missiles and the Black Sea Fleet
The west thinks it will be about pushing russia back from the gains that it's made, particularly in the south where those gains are the clearest. The naval blockade of ukraine's southern coastal border is partly really important so that ukraine can use its coastal border again. Most of u krane's grains exports are done by ship, not by land borders, but by ship a out of its black sea ports. For that to be re started, the russian naval blockade will have to be cleared somehow. And that's where the sort of antiship missiles come in.
