The Self Glorification View
The self glorificationist view is a view about god's ultimate reasons. The cratio ex amore view says that god creates the world in general, humans in particular, for the sake of love. In scripture there are many claims that god does this or that for his name or for his glory. But that alone doesn't tell us what is god's ultimate reason for doing what he does.
