Is There Any Top Down Intervention?

As an anti authoritarian, i would like to mini is the amount of top down intervention we need. But i don't think it's zero. And one of the ways that we minimize it is by having democratic accountability in those institutions. If you build systems grounded in financial secrecy and the dismantling of the state, you do not createa stateless society. You create a capturable, cleptocratic society that does whatever rich people tell it to do.
