How to Improve Your Recall Energy

Longest legged or the longest Achilles runners would have been around the 180 mark. The really short guys with really short Achilles will be around the 200 mark because it's all related to release frequency. Once you get that feeling, once you understand that feeling, when you've got around those those longer, easy ones, you'll still have quite a fast cadence. If you slow everything right down and you become, and I say people, people go out and run long and slow and they don't, they run lazily.
