The Debt Ceiling and the Republican Bill
CNN's John Avlon says there is some good news over the last 24 hours about a possible deal to raise the debt limit. But he thinks it won't get across the finish line before the so-called "x-state" The House passed a bill that would cut deficit by 4.8 trillion, but most of it was through caps on discretionary spending. Avlon: I think you're losing a decent share of Democratic caucus if work requirements are included in the plan.
