Ireland's finance minister says smaller EU member states should not be disadvantaged by Europe's response to the US inflation reduction act. Michael McGraw has been speaking to Bloomberg Radio's Stephen Carroll at the New Economy Gateway Europe event in Ireland. They started by discussing new projects from the Irish government, which show a budget surplus of more than 20 billion euros over the next two years.
