The Importance of a Good Efficient Carbon Tax
The biggest thing that at least our government could do, and we'll get to India and China, is I really emphasize the importance of a good efficient carbon tax. We can't just rely upon people who want to buy Teslas and electric vehicles, because it makes them feel good and they're willing to pay extra for that. And so, there is a way to do something like carbon pricing in a manner that's effective and doesn't put undue burden on those with the least resourceswho had the least role in creating the problem first place.
