Oslo and Norway emerged from the Second World War battered but not defeated. How did the rest of the 20th century play out bring us up to date? Good. I mean, look at them now. This is sort of a socialist utopia, but obviously there are problems. But it's tricky. You speak to my Norwegian friends and the narrative that we get outside Norway is very much... Norway was pretty poor still,. got up to the 70s and discovered oil. Hooray.
