John Demsey, Executive Group President of The Estée Lauder Companies, Inc., is one of the biggest decision makers in the beauty world (he oversees brands like MAC, Tom Ford, Too Faced, and GlamGlow), but he wasn't too busy to stop by our studio for a chat.
