When i was 16, then go to jim. I didn't hit the jim till 18, 19, and that was pretty lokey. When i get to 22, then it was specific. So i had three sort of steps really. Whereas my fear now with youngsters, theyd, go to that strength well straightway. You're probably not going to be very good at sport, cause you've wasted all that time getting stronger for for a lift. It's built on a flety development, movement, speed, fast, twitch or all that stelf co ordination. But i did, i did that naturally without thinking. And funny enough, they're pretty good
