How to Be a Successful Preacher

Mike McKinley: Do most guys under serve the application person? Is that a common? It depends on from circle to circle. When you're going to step into being the pastor of a church, you'll almost certainly be stepping into doing that from a position where you've been preaching a good bit. Be very odd for a current nation's calls on one to be their pastor who really hadn't been preaching very much. And so now you really are just trying to quickly get to an external outline, then a sermon outline, and then writing down at least some notes.
