Most people are trying to avoid a bad future that hasn't happened yet. So if I can predict how my spouse is going to act based on something that I did that I kind of know they're not going to like right that I feel like I can protect myself. That whole process is happening within our own style. We don't know what's going to happen we don't know whether the boss calling us into the office is because we're about to be fired or made redundant and so it only makes sense that we can be better prepared.
