How to Facilitate a Creative Workshop

Co-facilitation is a great way to test whether we match with another co-facilitator. As you said, especially when it comes to training and there are different ways of explaining things, you really have to be in sync. And then sometimes you realize that it doesn't work and then you might give up. I had the opportunity when I was in Australia recently to support two colleagues, Michelle and Reese. The way how we worked the room together was just amazing. It was a group of 250 people also. We needed some more ice and arms.
