Is There a Minimum Effective Dose of Joint Integrity Training?
I was able to basically be, you know, really healthy and not have issues for a long time. And then I went through my late twenties, I was just like all of my joints fell apart. So over the last couple of years I'm like, okay, I think I need to dip my toes back into the water of like having more more focused mobility practice in order to sustain the type of things that I want to do. That's why I'm taking on particularly the FRC because I get so much softening, softening practice and joint integration and body integration practice from all of my other parts that I'm doing.
