What's Your Favorite Business Book?

I like historical fiction. To me, I learn as much about leadership and how to work with people by learning about people through those books. So that's what I like to read. It's more fun too. One of my favorite books that had a big impact on me was Rising Out of Hatred by Eli Slausolo. And he made the transition out of there and eventually renounced it.
