The Lula Administration's Response to Climate Change
Lula was present before the UN ranked Brazil as the world leader in reducing climate and greenhouse gases. Since he's taken office, you know, deforestation has dropped by 31% in the first six months. But I think it's hard to think that one president could solve global climate change when all these other countries aren't really doing anything about it.
