OKRs - A Great Tool to Drive the Business Forward

I noticed when I was leading some of these big complex missions and organizations, at the leadership levels, you have little bit clarity of what you're trying to do. But as those decisions trickle down to the next layers of the organizations, that transparency and clarity starts to lose. OKR is a great tool to drive that discussion within the broader teams. Even if we get a little bit unsuccessful in meeting the OKRs or what we were really shooting for, but the benefit of everybody in the organization having their visibility to why and what we are trying to do has huge positive ramifications for the business.
